This product is custom designed and fabricated in the USA by Caprock High Voltage, LLC. The device requires an external 12 VDC supply (included, US North American outlet) and an external 5 V TTL gate pulse (BNC Connection).
Inputs:
- 12 VDC (External power supply included, US North America plug, 2.1 mm barrel jack)
- External Gate (TTL, 5V HighZ, BNC connection)
Output (Open-lead connection):
- Output voltage: 6 kV, 10 kV, or 20 kV versions available (~100 A peak output current)
- ~30 ns output rise time
- 100-500 ns pulse width
- Pulse repetition frequency limited by internal HV supply (10 W maximum time-average output power)

- Gas discharge and low-temperature plasma discharges
- Electroporation
